Deallocations

A deallocation deallocates memory previously allocated by an allocation.

A deallocation can deallocate a single variable, a data structure or an array. A deallocation will deallocate what was previously allocated by a single allocation.

The deallocation operator is documented as a structural operator.

For more information about memory management, see allocation.
